The lead time for furniture, table/floor/ceiling lamps is typically 4-6 weeks. However, portable LED lamps, tableware, and linens are mostly in-stock and ready for immediate shipping.

Yes, we do ship overseas. We offer international shipping to various countries. Please provide us with your shipping address, and we will be happy to provide you with the available shipping options and associated costs.

Portable lamps, tableware, home decor, and bed linen, you can easily determine the shipping cost by proceeding to the checkout. Once you complete the checkout process, we will swiftly arrange the shipment to your location.

When purchasing a new piece of furniture, it is crucial to ensure that it is the appropriate size and proportion for the room where it will be placed.

Before moving furniture, it is essential to measure the heights and widths of door accesses, hallways, and entry clearances. Ensure that the dimensions of the furniture, including its widths and diagonal depths, are smaller than the entry dimensions. If the furniture needs to be taken up stairs, also take into account the clearance area above the stairs. Keep in mind that low ceilings may pose challenges when maneuvering large furniture. Additionally, consider factors like light fittings, radiators, and any wall-mounted pictures, which may require special attention or removal.

To envision how the furniture will fit in the room, you can use a couple of techniques. First, consider mapping out the new piece of furniture using paper/masking tape. Arrange them in the desired position where you intend the item to be placed. This will give you a visual representation of how the furniture will look and fit in the space.

Ensure that there is ample space for movement around the furniture. When measuring for a bed, it is essential to leave enough room to comfortably navigate around its sides. If you are purchasing furniture with drawers, doors, or chairs, make sure to account for the space needed when these elements are open or pulled out. It is crucial to have sufficient clearance on both sides to accommodate their full range of motion.

If you require additional assistance, please feel free to provide us with a floor plan or pictures of the space. This will enable us to offer personalized guidance on how to best fit the furniture into your specific area.

If you believe that an item you purchased from us is faulty, please email us at info@andrefuliving.com within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will investigate the matter for you. Kindly provide your order number and include photographs of the item when contacting us. Please note that items damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse will not be considered faulty.

Please be aware that if you report the issue after the 7-day timeframe, return fees may apply and buyer is responsible to return the items to us at their own cost

Leather Care:
To ensure the longevity of your leather, follow these simple care instructions:

1. For general cleaning, use a dry, soft cloth. If needed, gently wipe the entire surface with a clean, soft cloth dampened in mild soapy water.
2. When vacuuming, use a soft brush nozzle to prevent surface scratching.
3. To prevent color fading, shield leather from direct sunlight and avoid placing it near sources of heat.

Marble/Onyx Care:
Marble and Onyx are porous materials with open surfaces that require protection. Here are some care instructions:

1. Promptly clean up any spilled liquids by gently blotting them with a neutral-colored cloth dampened in lukewarm water.
2. To safeguard the surface, use coasters under drinks and hot objects to prevent direct contact.

By following these care tips, you can help maintain the beauty and integrity of your marble or onyx surfaces.

Bed Linens:

Machine wash use cold water and a gentle liquid detergent that is biodegradable and does not contain bleach or whiteners. Set the machine to a low setting for drying, but remove the items before they are fully dry. Line dry them completely, then fold and iron as needed.
