Return Policy

FURNITURE, LIGHTING & CUSTOM MADE ORDER

All products purchased at Andre Fu Living in Hong Kong cannot be returned or exchanged under these Terms. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective products only. If you believe that your product is defective, please contact Andre Fu Living. If Andre Fu Living determines, in its sole discretion, that the product is defective, you will be eligible to exchange your product. Andre Fu Living reserves the right to identify your defective products.

EXCHANGE FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to exchange the items. Please notify us immediately  us  within 7 days upon receiving the goods by e-mailing us (Open 10:30 AM to 5 PM Hong Kong time). We will ask you to email a photo of the damaged goods as part of our quality assurance check. Please note it is critical that you keep all the original packaging and repack the item with care. Our delivery team will make the collection, and upon inspection at our warehouse/store,  replacement will be arranged.

ACCURACY OF CONTENT AND DISPLAY OF COLOURS

We strive to accurately represent the colors of our products online. However, please be aware that variations may occur due to differences in monitor or phone screen settings. We cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your device will perfectly match the product upon delivery. The images on our website are for illustration purposes only.

If you have any concerns about colors or characteristics, we recommend visiting our store to speak with our team or contacting us for further assistance.

MATERIAL AUTHENTICITY

Each piece of furniture is meticulously crafted to preserve its unique design character. Natural materials used may result in variations in color, grain patterns, and texture, highlighting the individuality of each item. These variations are not defects but inherent features of the materials.
