Do your stores open everyday?
Our stores are open nearly every day, with the exception of the first day of the Chinese Lunar New Year. To find the nearest store location and trading hours, please refer to our Hong Kong Stores page. Our online store operates seven days a week, including public holidays.
What is the lead time for placing an order?
The lead time for furniture, table/floor/ceiling lamps is typically 6-8 weeks. However, portable LED lamps, tableware, and linens are mostly in-stock and ready for immediate shipping.
DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
Yes, we do ship overseas. We offer international shipping to various countries. Please provide us with your shipping address, and we will be happy to provide you with the available shipping options and associated costs.
